I love helping people achieve things. After years of being a trainer in almost every job I have had since I was 16. It's time I started coaching people to better themselves and learn how to detach themselves from those unhealthy habits and be happy in their own skin while eating food they love and conquering their gym anxiety!
It's a journey I love taking with everyone!
Hysterically enough, the first main goal I had set myself at the start of my fitness journey in 2021 is that I wanted to be Scotland's Strongest Drag Queen. This led me to discover Powerlifting. The sport became a huge part of my life. I was welcomed into the community and had the strongest support around me to encourage, push and nurture me!
Roll on less than a year into learning the sport I competed in the Scottish Powerlifting Championships and claimed the tital I started out to achieve. Following this there was only one option. KEEP GOING and I later competed at European level thus claiming the incredible title of Europe's Strongest Drag Queen!
I will not stop until I become the World's Strongest Drag Queen!
Meet 21 year old Tamm. Pretty much drunk 80% of his life and eating nothing but chicken nuggets and chips. He's having the time of his life eh? Wrong. This social life was affecting his relationship with his friends, family and his own mental health. He spiralled very quickly and started going to dark places and would turn to alcohol and nights out to mask how unhappy he was.
So, he tried almost every diet and quick fix option you can imagine. Started trying gym classes but wouldn't stick to them. Later on, he was diagnosed with an immunodeficiency, it was then he decided that he needed to take his health much more serious and required some accountability! He decided to hire a personal trainer.
Fast forward to today, I have taken charge of my own health and fitness. I have competed in Scottish and European level Powerlifting. I have taken part in stone lifting competitions and Strongman and have loved every minute of it! Surrounded myself with the right people and it sparked something within me to do the same for others.
Becoming a Personal Trainer became my new goal! I waited till I was told my body was failing to take things seriously. If I can help stop people ever having that conversation with a doctor. Then I have succeeded in my mission. So take that leap of faith and INVEST in yourself. Because no number of nights out will ever make you feel as good as being strong does. Especially when it proves to everyone that you had it in you all along!
